Peachtree Corners

Peachtree Corners is a planned community constructed in the area that was once known as Pinckneyville. Peachtree Corners, Home to Technology Park/Atlanta, a campus of low-rise buildings that would house low-pollution, is a high technology industry to employ, among others, engineer graduates from Georgia Tech. The City of Peachtree Corners was officially incorporated in 2012. This City is defined as the area bordered by the cities of Dunwoody and Sandy Springs on the west, Buford Highway and Norcross city limits on the south, Johns Creek at the Chattahoochee River on the north, and the city limits of Berkeley Lake and Duluth on the east. The population estimate as of 2010 is 31,704.
